Adopting from The Love Pit means gaining a family member. It means gaining a network of pit bull advocates, ready to support you and provide you with all of the resources we can. Most importantly, adopting from The Love Pit saves lives. When you adopt, you're saving the life of your own dog, opening space in their foster home for another shelter dog in need, and creating space in the shelter kennel for a dog whose life would have otherwise been on the line. HOW IT WORKS:STEP 1: Adoption Application
Complete the adoption application. An adoption coordinator will review your application and contact you within 2 business days! STEP 2: MatchMaking & HOME CHECK
You'll speak with a member of our team to complete a virtual home check to best match you with a Pit Bull in our program! STEP 3: MEET & GREET
You and your pack will meet your potential new family member. We conduct 2 meets for adult dogs. The second meet will take place in your home. We may also ask that you conduct further meet and greets to ensure that our dog is the best fit for you and your family! STEP 4: Adoption
Congratulations on adopting a new family member! You have the total support of TLP's Post Adoption team, providing you with all the training and medical resources we possibly can! |

$350 PUPPIES (UP TO 4 MONTHS)
$300 ADULTS (5 MONTHS-6 YEARS)
$200 (7+ YEARS)
ADOPTION FEES COVER A MICROCHIP, AGE APPROPRIATE VACCINES, SPAY/NEUTERING,
AND TRAINING RESOURCES POST-ADOPTION.
